{The interCultural Online health Network (iCON) is a community-driven health promotion initiative that helps optimize chronic disease prevention and management for multicultural communities, patients and caregivers across BC. iCON promotes communication and partnership between community members and health professionals through knowledge exchange and social support using information and communication technology (ICT). Through the use of technology, iCON hopes ensure that community members have easy access to relevant health information. We also bring people together to talk about health care issues, and open dialogue between health professionals and the communities they serve.}
